The Cronos trading app
Ult
Ult is the new name for the Cronos app — short for Ultimate, and it does not have a token. One surface for spot, perps on crypto, equities and commodities, plus sports prediction markets. Ryan Wyatt is putting Cronos Labs’ product energy here. Crypto.com’s Kris Marszalek has publicly backed the direction.
- Global iOS / Android launch 17 September 2026
- Universal Deposit: Apple Pay, card, or crypto
- Proposed rule: 100% of Ult revenue buys and burns CRO
- Markets and features vary by jurisdiction
Cronos Labs noteThe chain under the family
Cronos Network
Cronos is the EVM network Crypto.com incubated. CRO is the gas, staking and alignment asset. Official figures this week: ~49.73B circulating, 15.11B staked, 200.01M burned, 100B hard cap. Staking APY is tiered by lock, roughly 4.4%–11.4%.
- Cronos Launch opened 15 September as the token launchpad
- VVS remains the core DeFi venue Labs says it will keep
- Governance lives on Cronos POS
- Strategic reserve still holds the majority of max supply
The case for CROCFTC venue, now SEC-registered for stock futures
OG.com
OG.com is the public face of Nadex — Crypto.com’s U.S. derivatives and prediction-market exchange. OG Markets US acquired 100% of Crypto.com Derivatives North America in June. Robinhood is already routing some event contracts through it.
- CFTC designated contract market and clearing org
- Form 1-N effective 14 September 2026
- Working with SEC and CFTC on single-stock perps
- Football event contracts via the Robinhood hookup

Loaded Lions
The November 2021 PFP drop on Cronos grew into Mane City, Cyber Cubs, Dark Lions, Arena perks and a Guinness drone show. $LION is the ecosystem token. This month the project is releasing rights-cleared assets under an open license so the family can build.
- Open-license grants open 18 September ($50k in CRO)
- Official channels shift toward amplifying holder work
- Crypto.com still polices the brand
- LION still prints on Cronos EVM with wider-chain plans
Open license noteDowntown L.A. — Lakers, Kings, UFC, shows
Crypto.com Arena
The building formerly known as Staples is still the family’s real-world billboard. The Lakers just sold for $12.5B to Bob Iger and Josh Kushner; they still play here. BMO is now on practice jerseys and the event-level club. The Clippers left for Intuit Dome.
- Home of the Lakers and Kings
- UFC cards still carry the Crypto.com strip
- Loaded Lions holders have historically had Arena utilities
- Naming rights remain the most visible CROFam IRL surface
Arena club noteExchange, app, derivatives, the CRO issuer story
Crypto.com
The consumer app and exchange still sit next to Cronos, Ult and OG rather than being replaced by them. Citadel Securities’ $400M check in July at a $20B mark is the last big traditional-finance print. U.S. product strategy now runs through licenses, not slogans.
- Visa card and app remain the retail funnel
- U.S. derivatives path is Nadex / OG.com
- Kris Marszalek publicly supports the Ult / burn strategy
- DAT with Trump Media is dead; ETF work continues elsewhere
